Return & Exchange Policy

At Pulse Scrubs, your satisfaction matters to us. To maintain hygiene standards and product quality, we offer exchange services only under the following conditions:

Exchanges Only

For hygiene and quality reasons, refunds are not available. Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.

• All tags and labels must be intact.

• Exchange is available for size or model only, and depends on stock availability.

• Accessories, add-ons, and customized items (printing/embroidery) are NOT exchangeable.

• Exchange fees apply and are paid by the customer.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will replace it promptly at no cost.

Processing Time

Exchanges are processed within 2–5 business days after the item is inspected and approved.
