1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • During peak seasons or large promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We deliver through trusted regional and international couriers.

Standard Delivery Times:

  • UAE: 1–2 business days

  • Oman: 1–2 business days

  • Jordan: 1–2 business days

  • GCC Countries: 3–7 business days

  • International / EU: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, customs, holidays, or unexpected conditions.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Courier selection

  • Package weight and volume

Optional premium services may appear depending on destination.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking number via:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp, Instagram 

  • SMS (where available)

This allows real-time tracking of your delivery status.

5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

Pulse Scrubs is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Recipient not available

  • Courier redelivery limitations

If the shipment returns to us, reshipping fees will apply.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Orders outside the UAE, Oman, and Jordan may require customs duties or VAT depending on destination laws.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, excessively delayed, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately

  • Provide your order number + tracking number

  • Attach photos for damaged shipments

We will resolve the issue directly with the courier.

8. Shipping During Promotions

During major promotional events (e.g., White Friday), processing and delivery may take additional time due to high order volume.
